Contract: 8-9 Months (possibility of extension) Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project North Sydney Office (Flexible/Hybrid work) We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst / Specialist to support a major Identity and Access Management (IAM) program as part of a global security initiative. This role combines change management and project coordination to help translate technical change into clear, human-centred adoption, ensuring users understand, accept, and adopt new IAM processes, tools, and controls. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting change initiatives, and making a tangible impact on how technology is adopted across an organisation. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of change management plans for Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. Assist with communications, including drafting updates, presentations, and messages. Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder activities such as workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions. Support training needs analysis and the creation of training materials. Track change readiness, adoption, and risks, escalating issues when needed. Assist with project coordination, including tracking milestones, actions, and risks. Collaborate with technical teams, cybersecurity, business SMEs, and project managers to ensure alignment. Prepare clear updates and reports for project teams and stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for IAM adoption questions and guidance. Support senior Change Specialists/Managers in delivering broader program initiatives. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in organisational change management, business transformation, or project coordination. Experience supporting IAM or Privileged IAM (PIAM) initiatives, or other cybersecurity programs is highly desirable. Exposure to IAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) is a plus. Ability to develop structured change management artefacts, including communications, impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and readiness assessments. Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and influencing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
